What's your lead time?
Ordinarily, orders placed are dispatched within 2-3 working days. Delivery can take up to 2-3 working days so we recommend placing your order early if it’s a gift.

What’s in your candles?
All of our scented candles are crafted from 100% soy wax flakes and high-grade perfume oils. Take a look at each product page for a list of ingredients. We do not conduct animal testing, and the ingredients we use are cruelty-free.
Essential or Perfume Oils?
We use a combination of both essential and perfume oils in our blends. This allows us to offer a wide range of scents and ensures that our candles provide excellent value for money. Detailed information about the ingredients is included on each product page to help you make the best choice according to your preferences.
Packaging
We are committed to using entirely plastic-free packaging. However, if your order arrives in plastic packaging please be assured that this has been reused instead of us throwing it away.
Sending Orders as Gifts
Our candles make the perfect gift, if we do say so ourselves. We can also include a note if you'd like, and rest assured, we never send parcels with financial information included. Please note that parcels are often sent in branded cardboard boxes.
Do You Offer Refills?
Whilst we agree that this is a wonderful idea, we cannot get insurance to offer refills. Also, as we don't have a shop/public studio this would prove difficult for us. Rest assured, our candle vessels are made of glass and fully recyclable or reusable.
What's The Best Way to Look After A Candle? I Hear David Beckham Trims His Wicks?
He certainly does and we highly recommend trimming your with to 5mm before every burn. For more info see our candle care page
Delivery
UK Delivery Cost
The cost of delivery to the UK starts is fixed at £3.20, we sometimes offer free delivery to local Bath addresses (look out on our socials for updates)
Shipping Outside the UK
Regrettably, we are not in a position to ship our products outside of the UK.
Parcel Delivery Providers
For the majority of parcel deliveries, we use Royal Mail. However, we may use couriers such as Evri, DPD or UPS
Damaged Parcel
If your order is delivered with damage, please let us know immediately. Send us an email with the details of your delivery, a description of what's damaged, and a photo if possible. We will arrange for replacements or a refund based on the situation and your preference. We kindly ask that all damage reports are made within 48 hours of delivery.
Missing Item/Incorrect Items in Parcel
While we strive for perfection, on rare occasions, something may be inadvertently omitted from your parcel. If this occurs, please inform us, and we will promptly send the missing item to you with our apologies.
Do you offer White Label/Private Label
